Shipping Information

We are a small winery and our goal is to share great wine with you—wherever you may be—as smoothly and quickly as possible. With that said, there are a few limitations to be aware of.

To better serve you, we ship from both Napa, CA and Glenwillow, OH. This bicoastal approach allows us to offer more efficient delivery and lower shipping costs. We currently cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah.

All shipments of wine must be received and signed for by a person 21 years or older. For the best experience, we recommend sending your order to a home or workplace where someone is available during the day to receive packages. This helps avoid missed deliveries, delays, and additional fees.

Delivery timing varies based on when your order is placed and where it is headed, but most shipments arrive within 1-7 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee—your tracking link (sent via email) will always have the most up-to-date information.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Due to significant increases in carrier fuel surcharges, we are implementing a temporary additional fee to orders. As of May 1, 2026 this fee is $10 per order. As soon as market conditions allow, we will remove the temporary fee. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Returns & Re-routes:

If your package is returned to us (for example, after multiple delivery attempts), we're happy to resend it—just note that there is a $25 return fee plus the cost of reshipping. Since carriers don’t notify us right away, returns may take a week or more to make their way back to us. If you prefer, we can also issue a refund minus the original shipping and return fees.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided and your package needs to be rerouted while in transit, just reach out to us. Carriers charge a $25 fee per package for rerouting, which will need to be covered before we can update the delivery.

To protect the quality of your wine, we may occasionally hold shipments during extreme weather conditions.
